Re: [Recovery: Marta & Hannah]
There was something different about Hannah, but Marta didn't know what - still too wrapped up in her own self and her own mind and her own problems. Maybe someday she'd be about to focus more outside of herself and do what she could to help someone else. To help Hannah, with whatever had happened or was happening to her.
But for the moment, she sat with a camera tucked on her lap and Hannah's hand giving hers another squeeze. She was starting to get used to the little contact, the possibility of a hug. And she liked it - as long as she saw it coming, and she knew who it was. She thought that was all, as Hannah looked ready to go, but then she was caught by more questions - more mentions of Seven and Si. Her mouth opened, ready to reply, but even if she had the ability to force her words to work, she still wouldn't know what to say. Mouth closing again, chewing hard at the corner of her lip, she looked out of sorts and uncertain of the right reply. All she could manage was an awkward, overwhelmed sort of smile, and a tiny shrug. It wasn't yes, but it wasn't no.
