Re: [Recovery: Marta & Hannah]
Hannah didn't mind the brush of Marta's arm. She liked contact and people and not being alone, and that wasn't something new now. When she'd been Amy, it was the same, and maybe she was Amy still, and lately her head had spun and spun with confusion when it came to that. Before her family arrived in Repose, it had been easy to label herself as someone new, someone with no past or story or before. But that wasn't the case now, and the more she talked to them all the more she was Amy, but she didn't think they'd care for that very much either, not that they knew, and she was treading water with limbs growing heavy.
"I hope they're right," she said of helping Marta, and she really meant it, which was also evidenced on her features. She didn't know Marta very well, but she did want good for the other girl, and it was easy to feel that way. "I'm okay," she added with a shake of her head and brown hair slipping free of her messy ponytail. "Have you not talked to him?" she reiterated, as if maybe Marta misunderstood. "Seven," she added, clarifying, knowing she wasn't being as clear as she probably needed to be. But she was still thinking about seizures and terrible things, and she wondered that she hadn't focused on that before.
"Oh!" She smiled and smiled and nodded. "I know Si. He's my twin brother," she explained proudly, as if it was a grand accomplishment to be one of two. "He's 90 seconds older," she added. It didn't occur to her to explain how much she knew or what she knew, and maybe she believed it would be a given. Regardless, it was really obvious she loved her brother, and she lit up when talking about him. "I have two other siblings too. Mars and Jamie, and they both live in Repose," she added.
