That's beautiful. In a way he's a part of the stories too, isn't he? It's not just you you're pulling into them, but also him? Is it good to talk about him, or not so much? I'm curious what he was like, and what your travels were like, but I don't want to ask if it's uncomfortable to talk about, you know? Is Elaine your biggest fan?
I watched Singing in the Rain when I was four? Five? I don't remember, and I knew I wanted to dance, and I knew I wanted to sing, and I knew I wanted to act. So, yes, more or less. My Dad wanted me to learn computers, and coding, but my mom got me dance lessons, and signed me up for drama camps, and supported me even when Dad was harsh about it.
It might need one or two or three more strict rewrites before it's ready. I feel like there are some parts that are definitely a little too raw at this moment.
