I have gone some distance from the Capital, but much depends on my method of travel. Damian has told me of the luxuries of traveling by air, and it sounds not too dissimilar from traveling by private train car. I show some improvement by bringing with me an embarrassing number of belongings, with which I furnish something like a second home, and then I do not feel so far away. It all feels rather foolish, I must say. But it does work well enough.
Salmon. You spoil the cat. Damian does as well if he is left alone long enough. She will eventually barely speak to me, I think.
Consort sounds extremely matrimonial.
From what I read about Lancelot, I do not know that he had overmuch to be gay over, coming much to grief over his lord's wife. I think the ending was inevitable, but I do so much love a good romance.
As for checking, I receive some letters from Holly, in which he is suspiciously cheerful about nearly everything. Were I newly married, I think I should at least have a good row to complain about.
