Re: [Infirmary: Holly/Frank]
Frank restrained himself from shrugging his shoulders, because that was verging on unprofessional. Instead, he cleared his throat and nodded his head. Terribly bad luck. Repose was full of it. It ebbed out of the ground and infected everyone.
"Okay. Is there someone who can come and collect you when you're fit-" and when they were allowed to leave "-or should I arrange for you to be taken home?" There was no sense in keeping Holly here longer than he needed to be.
"I'm sure we can track you wherever you go, don't worry about that. You know what this place is like. As long as you don't skip the country we can probably arrange for some extended scope." Frank figured that would work. Of course that would work. They kept tabs on far more elaborate things than a boy running over a few states.
He didn't bother to hold back his smile at the question that followed, though. "What's the point in being a hardass and leaving you to rot? That's not gonna help anyone-" and Holly was only just older than Beau. If Beau were here, Frank sure as Hell would want someone being decent to him. "Plus, we all need to get out of Repose for a while sometimes. Ain't gonna do no one any good hanging round here constantly. This town'll kill you if you let it, I'm pretty sure. Make some plans, let me know. It's fine."
