Re: Under the trees: Elijah/Klaus
"Oh, I thought the forest was burning down," Klaus replied easily, as though that weren't the most horrifying thing that could be happening to someone standing in said forest. "I thought-" he started to laugh. "I thought I was hallucinating everyone. Oh man! That happens a lot. I see things. But I'm super high so I thought maybe something was off because I can't usually see ghosts when I'm high."
Klaus was closer than he had been initially, but he understood other people' need for personal space. And he needed that sometimes, too, so he respected it. So he was closer, but that was all. He was staring though. Or gazing. It was definitely gazing.
"You're really attractive," Klaus stated, as though it were a given fact that everyone would either know or agree with when it was presented to them. "You shouldn't look at me like that, you're making the flutters start about here-" he poked himself on his bare belly, indicating where said flutters were. "But sure, that's absolutely true. I observe a lot of things but I haven't been involved in them. That's part of the reason I've only been to prison once. Very distinctive difference," he nodded, putting his hands in the pockets of his coat, looking down at his bare feet.
"I guess I should leave you to observe, huh? You don't want me here-" That was okay, Klaus wasn't deeply offended by that.
