Re: Edge of the bonfire crowd: Pippin/Noah
Noah didn't think she was a nerd who didn't know how to have a good time, so he just waved a hand with a 'pshh' sound. He'd always, like, preferred the people a little on the fringes, yk? People who were themselves, whatever the cost, a little different, strange, whatever. Even if he himself had always been, like, center in the social sense. He was too bro and conventional to be anything else. But, he'd never been the sort to bully anyone or make fun of them in a mean-spirited way. He just shook his head and sat, the world spinning a little underfoot as he plopped.
He read the title as she offered it to him, then looked to her. "Damn, that sounds—" 'Lighter works,' lol. He'd been going to say heavy, instead, he changed tack. "—a lot like what happened here recently." A small laugh from Noah. "Did you get caught up in that?" Oh, but, okay, she was offering the whiskey. Noah, who wasn't Holly, the germaphobe, smiled gratefully and took the whiskey off of her hands for a moment, for a long pull of the drink. Not being a huge drinker, really, his brows did come together as his throat burned and he shook his head again when he'd finished. He passed the bottle back with a shiver. "Thanks, dude. Hitting it from the bottle, huh? You all good? Not that I'm complaining, obviously."
