It wasn't that he was rude, but Liam didn't offer a name up in response. Who he was didn't matter so much compared to the simple fact that this was his lake and things were too noisy and too bright tonight. As for Jeremiah - sorry. Hugh - the name or the face was not recognizable to him at all. But it wasn't as though Liam was really up to date on the gossip around Repose.
"It's loud. And too bright." They were the only words offered initially as he turned his expression out to the darkened lake. If one looked close enough, they'd see some weird things about the man who sat there at the lake's edge. The shadows beneath his eyes were too dark and his skin was an unhealthy shade of grey. There was nothing healthy looking about the man, but if he noticed it, he paid no mind to his own appearance. "Are you?" he asked, turning now to look towards the other man, eyes bright against the shadows that lined them.
