Re: Log: Jeremiah M+Hannah S+Jamie M+Si M
Si didn't want a drink. He did, because it was something to latch onto, but he didn't, because he wasn't great at knowing when to stop. He sighed a little to himself as Amy swept by with her greetings and just after Jamie had said 'hi' and nothing more. Si glanced to his brother, who looked about as fidgety (to Si) as he had at the diner. Si gave him a half smile and a nod, and he sort of ignored the interplay of intimacy between Amy and Jeremiah.
He pushed inside, because he was tired of standing on the stoop. He kept all of himself folded in, so he didn't brush against anymore, and he went in and to the side, so Jamie could follow, if he wanted. He looked at the dog—Heart—and then to Amy, then to Jeremiah, then back to the dog. "I'll take that drink," he finally said.
