Re: sushi-time: adrian, patrick, lou
The thing about the Gunsters and time travel, man, was that they did not require machines. They built them, but not for their own use. They all had some sort of natural, time-travel ability, and Con and Webster took this to mean they had some massive importance in the universe, man. Patrick did not believe this about his own ability. But building machines for the government using his mom's people's magic, this was something Patrick had serious issues with. It was a family thing; it was not a thing for governmental agencies.
He did not, personally, believe talking to the anon was bad news. Man, Adrian worked for the military. Whatever he did in that lab, was for the military; Patrick did not care for this either. He left the topic to his bro and Lou, and he finished his last piece of sashimi and downed his beer. He lifted his ass and pulled out his wallet, and then he put money upon the table for his part of the meal. "Man, she is right. There is no stopping anyone from what they are intent on doing." Because this he agreed with entirely.
"But I am not pro military or government, and I believe this conversation will be better between the two of you. I have to check-in anyway, and you two should bond without the third-wheel." He thumbed out the door, toward the Hall Way, and then he shoved his chair back with a screech of wood on floor. He rustled his older-younger bro's hair, and he winked at Lou. "You both know where to find me if I am required." He clapped his hands on his bro's shoulder's and he bent down, close to Adrian's ear. "Bond, dude," he ordered, and then he straightened and saluted them both with two fingers, before heading for the door.
