It was irritating, but also, Jeremiah didn't really know Eames that well, this was the first and only time they'd talked, and he didn't expect full disclosure if the man didn't want to give it. He'd asked the question and although the response was evasive, he wasn't about to pry or be that put out that he hadn't been given something direct. At the final sentence though he tilted his head in the other man's direction and considered.
There was something about the way he said it.
And perhaps Jeremiah had dreamed a lot once, and perhaps he didn't dream so much now. Perhaps he could use with dreaming more consistently, or with someone dreaming for him a little while since he wasn't really dreaming for himself. He shrugged. "It might be," he responded easily, serious enough in his answer. "I suppose its of as much use as writing might be."
