Re: [In-person: Damian/Misha]
Misha, he knew what Damian was asking to see, but he was feeling ornery some just now himself, and so he brought them here, where the scene changed and came alive. It was dark and bright, and he pulled Damian onto his lap and held the boy there, in the glow of that fire. He wasn't real sure how he expected Damian to react 'bout himself none, but he wasn't surprised to hear the boy tutting. He tugged Damian back closer to his chest, like keeping him near was more important now than usual, though there wasn't logic any to that. "You look beautiful," he said of the carefree dancing and the loud clothing the boy at the fire wore.
He kissed Damian's cheek, assuming he was allowed, and then he nosed at the boy's nape. He'd already seen the exchange with the other man, and he didn't really need to go seeing it again. "You look beautiful, and I still want to take you dancing, but my version of you's better," he said plain. It wasn't real courtly, but it was true, sentiment rich, and honest. It came with a smile after, light, still tense, but there in the talking. "Course, that don't mean I ain't intending to find that outfit and buy it for you."
