So far, Kratos had not proved himself capable of being able to sense the use of the supernatural around him passively, but that did not follow he would not notice... and react badly. He had exercised extreme caution around the witch when he first met her. However, here, without his son to protect in the vicinity, he did not seem excessively concerned about anything. Even that which had managed to kill him had not managed it permanently.
Kratos rested the glass on his lips a moment, then took a serious swing. Watered or no, he drank a lot.
Finally, he said, “He is our son.” He used “μας”—our. Then he ventured in a dangerous area. Casually. With the same expression he always had. “You have children?”
