Re: log: ballet - jamie/adrian
Jamie was a guy in a unicorn shirt in a small town where they had actual flags on actual lawns, so he didn't believe in out of place, at all. Like, ever. The ballet class was more-the-merrier, in the literal sense because Jamie liked fun with his dance and seriousness was sort of the MO for studios where they came in with torture devices for muscle strengthening and stuff. So he flung out a smile, like it was a more the merrier thing rather than like a super serious thing.
"Hey! Adrian. From the forums," and Adrian's smile looked like maybe he was assessing the fastest way out of the room to double back on himself, like regret might have invited itself to the party. "Hey, man. Welcome, welcome." Jamie wasn't tall. He wasn't like, tiny but he wasn't making six foot any time by a couple inches minimum.
"You go wherever," Jamie said cheerfully. "I'm Jamie. Could you grab a barre?" Because the barres were stacked against the wall, and mashed against the back, and he tugged at one himself, as the class members who knew what to do ...did what they needed to.
