"You're new in town Mr. Eightes man?" To his soft smile, she gave him a bright one. "Honest, ya couldn't have stumbled into a nicer spot, ya'couldn't." She was genuine in her love and enthusiasm for the place too. "Jus' came through, end of las' winter some myself." She paused, as if trying to think back on how long it had been and almost laughing at how much her life had changed in the last six months.
"Didn't start busking up this way 'til a few months back, so's all new to both of us really." She tried to help smooth the transition maybe, knowing you weren't the only one new to a place was always nice. "Pick my spots random most days, so's a good piece of luck to come 'cross you." Because she did appreciate whatever he'd thrown and that he'd taken time to seem genuinely polite.
"The carnival's a proper delight is what." All smiles, accent tuned up for showmanship for a moment. "S'a bit of this, bit of that, something for everyone's the usual pitch." She smirked a bit, being playful rather than serious. "But it's got live performance acts, food, rides, games, folks with all manner of talents, tent shows...honest, cliche as that bit gets, the slogan's no lie." She smiled at him. "Ticket's some of the best time money can buy, and that's not just tryna' sell it any either."
