Re: BBQ: Damian, Leena, Misha & Sadie
It didn't shock that Sadie alone had worn colors, even if it was only the flowers on her overalls. She and Damian tended to the same dark colors, and she hadn't known Misha long enough to know what he usually wore, only having seen him twice before, and one time she'd been more focused on her brother than Misha, and the second time she'd barely realized that Damian and Misha were there because, well, Sadie.
This time she actually paid attention, smiling back at Misha and Damian, but not going in for a hug. Hugs were reserved for Sadie, and given the way the other girl seemed to love it, it was better that way. Besides, it was the first time when she wasn't entirely distracted that she got to see the two of them. They were cute together and she was glad that with whatever was going on in the family that Misha was there for him.
"Good to see you too, both of you," she was quick to say, though her eyes went a little wide at the question from Damian. Blankets were probably good, but it was just grass and dirt, right? Her grin turned cheeky.
"Afraid of getting some grass in your hair?" She teased him gently. "Or are one of you allergic?" There she was serious, just in the case either one of them was. That would be miserable, and she really wasn't wanting either one of them to get sick on what was supposed to be a fun outing for them.
"I'm sure we can find something to sit on, if that's what you're worried about," she said after a moment. Either some rocks, or a fallen tree limb -- there were a lot of those in the woods. Though, hopefully not ones too big to carry, and her slight smile faltered for a second before she was reaching out to run her fingers down Sadie's palm.
"We can find something," she said, sure. "Let's get up there though and get this started. We can have stuff cooking while we look."
