Re: log: adrian/wren - adrian's house
Wren was entranced with the water coming from the special tap and he eyed it while he took a deep drink from his glass. "I met a nice man called Archie who he gave me a bath and milkshakes and pizza and we watched a story about a fish-lady. And I met another old lady and I don't remember her name but she had a shop and she let me have some clohes." The ones he was wearing specifically, donated from a charity shop although the woman had really just wanted the wan, grubby slightly fragrant boy to leave her shop.
Wren blushed in pleasure at the compliment, his mouth watering like a Pavlovian response at the rich smell of the sauce that suddenly hit the air. "I got a bath from Archie and the lady gave me my new clothes!" he advised, squirming a little at the positive reaction to his outfit.
He didn't quite know what Adrian meant when he talked about the 'infrasound' thing, although Wren had certainly heard it. It had made him sick and kept him confused and wandering a forest that was just as unsettled as he had been. "I don't know, what did it sound like? Did you get hurt?" he wanted to know, concerned for his friend.
