Who: James, Sirius and Remus are back in town!
Where: The RRC, where else?
When: Sunday, June 28th
What: Visiting
Rating/warnings: Likely to be some talk of death and stuff? And sometimes they say bad words.
Status: In progress
When Remus had originally left the RRC following his three week stay, he had vowed never to return to the hellhole - until he was promptly reminded that he needed to come back regularly for therapy sessions and medical checkups. Then he had vowed never to return unless it was for a checkup or therapy session, which seemed fine with the gentleman standing next to him at the time. But then, Dora had returned, and Remus was damned well not going to miss a single opportunity to see his wife, even if it did mean returning there. Now that Dora was gone... but no. James, Sirius and even Lily were back and here he was, back again.
The visiting room hadn't changed a bit since he'd lived here. They hadn't even bothered to move the furniture around or add a cushion or two to soften the armchairs dotting the room. He had only been sitting there five minutes and already his backside was complaining; this was how the Ministry ensured that visitors didn't want to stay too long, with uncomfortable and garish upholstery. It reminded him a bit of Grimmauld, actually. With warmer wood and without the severed troll leg umbrella stand. And without the shrunken house-elf heads mounted on the walls. And without Walburga Black's screaming portrait. On second thought, this place wasn't so bad.
He'd been informed some five minutes ago that someone would be by James and Sirius's rooms to let them know he was here waiting for them - but that was if they could be found. It wouldn't surprise him in the least to learn that they had absconded in the night, just as he was finally able to schedule a visit with them, not having a visit with Teddy planned instead and taking precedence. If the RRC chap wasn't back within the next ten minutes, he'd have a look on the roof himself; the fellow couldn't possibly know with whom he was dealing.
He should've brought a book.
