Benjy laughed as she corrected him. "At least I won't be alone in that, then. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually, but if you want to do stickers, I won't stop you." It was good that he could laugh at himself about this sort of thing, and he didn't at all mind being instructed by Alicia. Whenever Dorcas came over to visit, he'd be able to show her how this thing worked. Maybe. Hopefully.
He continued to look at both rectangles - remotes - and analyzed them while Alicia went back to the pizza. Since she had full charge of the food, Benjy could devote his attention to learning the difference between the two so he didn't get them mixed up every time he chose to use them. He heard her call out from the kitchen, though, and he put the remotes down, returning to that room so he didn't have to shout. "Whatever you want to put on it is fine with me."
Wine was not his area, but he moved to her wine collection anyway to hunt down the bottle for her. As far as Benjy was concerned, wine came in red, white, and pink. Anything else was beyond his knowledge, and he had no idea what a Nero d'Avola was. But he looked where she told him, pulling out bottles until he found a label that matched. "This one?" he asked, holding the bottle by the neck and placing it on the counter. Unlike with the remotes, he was pretty sure he'd gotten this one right. Unless she'd had something more specific in mind. "So what was your day like?" he asked, realizing he hadn't yet.
