Pansy Parkinson is better than you (pug) wrote in reoccurrence,
At this point, Pansy wasn't surprised that anyone was turning up. Severus Snape had been just another name in a long list that Pansy didn't exactly care about. Not at first anyway. She still had one that she was waiting for, but her former Head of House would do for now. She had always found him a little odd, not enough to say anything as a student, but certainly enough to give her pause. She knew where she stood on his list of favorites anyway. She was not at the top, but she also knew she wasn't at the bottom. Unfortunately for him, Pansy hated being stuck in the middle.
Messaging him had yielded some results, but she figured that she would have to seek him out herself once he was released from the RRC. Except, she didn't know when that was going to be. She'd heard from Draco that he was there, but she didn't know how long he'd been there before she heard. It was disappointing, so Pansy shelved the idea for a little while and decided to wait. She'd reached out to him, it was possible he would reach out to her. Unlikely, but possible.
When Pansy had a mind to be at the front of her shop, she was usually overseeing someone's performance rather than making sales herself. She was the artist, after all. She hired most people for their ability to sell so that she didn't need to do it herself. She would have been disappointed that her staff hadn't greeted the man who walked in, but he was looking directly at her. She couldn't place him, though, so Pansy decided to take over for her staff at the moment and approached the man in her doorway.
"Hi, can I help you?" she asked him with a smile. No, he definitely wasn't familiar. That meant he was either unimportant or she'd never met him before.
