Kenseigh could feel her heart skip a beat as his lips kissed the tip of his nose. It made breathing heard, that awkward beat. Her cheeks reddened as a smile tugged at her lips. The hand that traced her arm wasn't much of a help either. Goosebumps rose over the skin of her arm.
She shifted on the desk, turning just a little towards him. Her eyes fell, for a brief moment, to his lips. It was only a span of a few faltered heartbeats before those lips, the object of her attention, pressed against hers. Her breath caught in her throat, her eyelids slid closed at his kiss.
The hand that had held so tightly to the neck of his guitar slipped from the lacquered wood. Her fingers ghosted a touch along his jaw as she leaned into that kiss.
