Sam nodded. "Believe me, I know the feeling." He muttered.
He watched her limp off, still concerned about how much damage she'd actually done to her ankle, which in hindsight might have also looked like staring if she happened to turn round and catch him. As it happened when she did turn round she asked about a lighter. "Um, yeah actually. I almost always have one and I'm pretty sure I....." Sam had started rifling through his jacket pockets when he'd started to answer, he trailed off and held up the right hand pocket to show a pretty big hole in the lining. "I....uh, guess it must've fallen out." It definitely hadn't been like that yesterday.
