Joey's face warmed and tinged pink again when Barry pushed on the fact that she'd maybe not done the grunt work, but she'd been the one seeing the patients. She wasn't used to attention and it seemed like it came from everywhere in this place. "Yeah, well..." she offered in response, non-comittally, shrugging a little as sh turned her attention back to Hansel.
"Agreed. If I got separated from someone I cared about as much as I'm sure you care about her — if, you know, how upset she was to lose you is anything to go by — then I'd probably want to get to that first, too. Lots of people here know how to handle the lights and plumbing. I'm not one of them, but there's a lot, so I'm sure once you find her, you can just reach out and someone would be happy to help you," she replied, moving inside when Barry held the door open. "Stairwell's just there," she said, pointing it out to him, not because she thought he was too stupid to find it himself, but because she didn't know if this kind of architecture existed commonly in his time and she didn't want for Hansel to have to waste time looking for the damn stairs.
"You're welcome," she added with a small smile. "Good luck."
With that, she gave them both a little wave and hefted the box under one of her arms before disappearing into the stairwell to head up to her own room and find out what they'd sent her this time.
