"Sorry," he said again. He hadn't really meant to scare her. When she said it wasn't a big deal and told him she wasn't naked, he chanced a glance in her direction. Sure enough, she had a shirt on and since there were only jeans on the side of the lake, he figured she probably had underwear on at the very least. Her teasing and that little smile made him blush a little and he stammered out a response.
"What? No, totally wasn't creeping on you," he said. "I mean, not that you're not worthy of bein' creeped on or whatever." She was totally hot after all, but that was beside the point. "So uh... figured it was a good time for a swim?," he asked, shifting his weight a little when the grass beneath his feet kept getting a little too tickle happy. "Or just trying to escape the creepy, acid-trip grass?"
