Who: Savannah Posey and Lita Singh Where: LBJ / Oval Office What: being there for your best friend, through thick and thin When: September 10, 7:25pm
I'm so close to you baby But I'm so far away There's a silence between us And there's so much to say You're my strength, you're my weakness You're my faith, you're my doubt We gotta meet in the middle
Things are so twisted up with Lita. They are both so stubborn, thinking they know what is right and not willing to budge an inch if things don't go their way. Savannah is still furious that Lita went back to UMCB, straight back into the Scout Killer's arms, when she'd begged her not to. How hard is it to stay away from a serial killer when your best friend asks you to? Apparently really damn difficult.
Savannah doen't know all the details of the case but Theo closed the case and that meant that Lita's time as a serial killer's wet dream was over. Stiill, stubbornness gets the best of them. It is several days before Lita breaks the silence and from there it all spirals pretty quickly. Something happened between Lita and Rodeo and it has her best friend hurt real bad.
Despite all the anger she still feels, Savannah knows she had to be there for Lita. Curfew was fast approaching but luck is on their side and Lita skates in right under the wire. Just as she promised she is waiting at the front door for her and once Lita is inside, she motions for her to follow. "I'm glad you made it. C'mon honey, let's go upstairs."
