Penelope watched as he grabbed his weapon and didn't say anything further. The silence alone was enough to put her on edge. Although she had her katana strapped to her back, she didn't go for it. Penelope had meant what she had first stated. She didn't want any trouble. Her breathing, already noticeably abnormal, was a little extra jagged as she took a step back. She tried to calm herself down. No use in getting worked up right now, right? The stress on her heart wouldn't do her any good later.
She tilted her head a little and took a breath. "Not much for talking, huh? You can't really expect me to answer that question of yours. It's not lik I'd win if I say yes or no...you know?" she told him. Penelope was starting to ramble a little, and she knew it. But better keep talking and not end up getting her head beaten in. "And, really, chill. There's plenty of supplies for the both of us, and, like I said, I'll be out of your way in no time."
