Rodeo understands what Marina's saying, but it doesn't scare him. He's got no doubt that he can outsmart this unworthy, traitorous piece of shit she called a boss. The cats would be a problem for them either way-- whether they were fighting about Marina or territory, it wouldn't matter. Rodeo's plan involves betraying the terms of the agreement he's about to make, and he's hoping the result of that will even up the playing field between the Hellhounds and Los Nahuales. Marina said there were upwards of 100 members. Rodeo's hoping that number will be a little lower tomorrow.
"If he wants to fuck us up for this, he can try. I ain't afraid of him, Peaches. We got all the advantages. We know this city, and we got somethin' worth fightin' for here. S'what makes us unstoppable, protectin' our family. You're part of that. Don't be scared, alright darlin'? You're safe here." Rodeo reaches out, pressing his hand between Marina's shoulder blades to guide her to begin walking towards his trailer. "Let's head to mine and talk. I'll explain what I'm doin' and you help me get into his head about it so I can seal the deal. You reckon you can do that, darlin'?"
