Adelaide nods, her expression even as she looks Isaac over thoughtfully. This is the man that pulled Demi from La Quinta, and that fact has to be one that will work in her favor - she's always thought of him as an upright, honorable type, and his stepping in there seems to support that, whatever Adelaide thinks of Demi. "Of course, I don't mean to say this is anything but legitimate," she says, and she actually sounds like she means it. Mostly because on some level she does - if Rodeo had found out that Olinger's sister was living in his camp? She'd have called him a fool if he didn't come down on that, and hard.
That sure as hell doesn't mean Adelaide is going to give herself up, but she can't vilify them for taking every precaution, either.
"I realize that my family connection is concerning. I don't have anything to hide, so please," she smiles just a little, lifting her free hand. "Interrogate away. Don't let my baby-shield throw you." It's a small touch of the wry self-deprecating humor that accompanied them most of their previous interactions.
