Nadia & Bunny, about an hour in
Seeing how well Nadia likes the simple gifts makes Bunny all the happier and she can't help but smile while answering the question. "This scarf I traded for, but the bracelet I made. It's something I used to do a lot when I was in high school, and I guess I never lost the knack for it. The ladies at the Capitol like pretty things, so it's come in handy a time or two."
Bunny doesn't hold any false notions, though. Those women wouldn't give her trinkets a second thought if the world were the same as it was before. It's only now, when things that truly sparkled were few and far between, that they'll stoop to wearing beads on a wire. And that suits Bunny just fine.
Now Nadia might not be looking around for that dark-haired man right at this moment, but Bunny does, scanning the guests until her eyes land on Antonio. She nods in his direction. "Is he someone who carries shared memories with you?" The question, which calls back to their before-breakfast conversation at the Dog Park, is delivered in a low tone. No one stands a chance of overhearing the conversation, but it's Bunny's nature to talk quietly when the topic is somewhat personal. "Do you feel less like you're not real?"
