Nadia & Vic early on
Vic's there mainly to help Bishop with the fireworks, but he's also glad for another chance to get the hell out of the Dog Park -- even if this outing in particular is just, well. Fucking weird. Bishop's friend has put together some mashed up kinda birthday party that clearly means something to the birthday girl in question, but all the finer details go over his head.
That's okay, though. This party isn't meant for him, and the woman -- Nadia, right? -- is obviously pleased. And that makes Vic happy, too; he knows she means a lot to Marina, even though the women have only known each other for a little while, and Marina's been happier ever since they'd reunited. The scalp massage thing, in particular, may be extra fucking weird, but Vic figures you win some, you lose some.
"Happy birthday," he says to Nadia, once they've both mingled through their primary circles and find themselves face to face.
