Bishop regarded the blonde teenager as she spoke, expression thoughtful while she laid out what her plans would be for trying to move the world forward. Diplomacy missions were all fine and dandy, except, he was one hundred percent positive that people like Dugger’s crew would never be receptive to good ole’ diplomacy. Still, did he want to be the person to burst Sepphy’s bubble, drop her back down to reality and to the world they were living in?
“Darlin’, I think you’ve got merit, but, I also think you’ve been cooped up in that school of yours too long,” This wasn’t said unkindly, just bluntly. “Ain’t everyone going to respond well to diplomacy, and the moment you get the Capitol to change their ways is probably the moment hell will freeze over and this world will finally end.”
Shoving the pack of smokes back into his pocket, Bishop considered her question for a long moment. What would he do?
“The first step is to get everyone thinking along the same lines," he answered. "But, it's how you go about it that'll be the tricky part. Like I said, diplomacy ain't always going to work and you'll need to be prepared for that."
