Everyone else seemed to be on edge besides the man she was there to see, but Sepphy wasn't. She had a bright smile when she arrived and walked in, and she nodded to Bishop even if Danny had already answered. "We did! And the trip wasn't bad either," she said.
"It's nice to meet you in person," she told him genuinely. She was glad they were getting to meet up, even if all it was to do was talk. To her that was valuable. In this case, especially because she wasn't talking to a leader just yet. She wanted to, she'd contacted Rodeo and he'd sent a package and she planned on making use of the phone he'd provided, but the guy had an agenda. Everyone in charge had an agenda.
And hell, this guy probably did too, but he also might be straight with her. Even if he wasn't, though, she was looking forward to this.
