There was something about him that she found relaxing. He was calm and from the looks of it, on the younger side. He didn't look like he was going to hurt her, but those were the ones you had to keep your guard up around the most, weren't they? His place was very far from the rest of the town. If he decided to murder her and dump her body somewhere, well, he was big enough to make that happen.
Straightening from where she'd been attending to the dog, she smiled when he gave her his name. The smile was a polite one, not quite reaching her eyes just yet. While the dog had filled her with warmth, there was none for the man she'd just met. There were stranger ways to lure people into your den than the promise of a TARDIS, but she could never be too careful. "Erik's a good name. I like it," not that he needed her to like it. "Erik," she repeated. "Er-ik," she whispered to herself. Erik the Doctor, she thought to herself with a smile before following and listening to him explain how he was going to be working on building the structure.
"Are you planning to make a giant phonebooth or a cabinet? Cooler? Panic room?" she giggled despite herself. "The zombies have the box."
