Who: Erik and Sofia
Where: Erik's Garage
What: Sofia's come to see the TARDIS or what will soon be the TARDIS.
When: Friday, September 6th, Midday.
While she had been tempted to go down immediately the day before, she didn't want to risk the chance of being stuck with a stranger and his assistant overnight in a place she hadn't been before. After spending the evening haggling some things items for a few bags of corn nuts of various flavors, because she didn't know what he liked, she got dressed for her excursion. Going to the outskirts was already risky, but other than her own want of meeting up with a fellow Whovian, she felt their exchange might bear fruit. He sounded like he could build things. While there were plenty of promising builders at her school, she felt they could always use another resource.
The bicycle pulled up outside the door, after her initial ride around the building. It was faster than going on foot and quieter than a car. Her axe was strapped to the pack on her back. It was a basic survival pack she carried just for emergencies, but the ride over had been pretty uneventful. Nothing had chased her down, there'd been no sign of movement on the quiet streets. She could only hope for the same kind of luck on her way back.
She knew she should've brought someone with her, but she had a small knife up her sleeve just in case anything funny happened. It was a long sleeve made of thick fabric, so the outline didn't show. As much as she wanted to fear zombies, her distrust of humans ran deeper. At least a zombie had an imperative. Humans could think and lie. These were all things she'd thought about since on her trip down, but now she just dusted off her skirt, hit the button to announce herself and waited. The barking that followed what she was guessed was a doorbell chime surprised her.
