Bunnate
The mention of their friend's current predicament drew a soft chuckle from Bunny as well, though there's not much real humor in the situation. No one can ever truly leave the past behind, but to have it show up right on your doorstep and ask for a place to stay? That's got to have Bode feeling like a piece of him, the small part that's still the moonshiner from Harlan, is being pulled in a separate direction from the rest of him.
"Poor Bode," she murmured. "I hope that straightens out soon."
There wasn't any deep fondness in Bunny's heart for the Capitol -- anywhere in Austin yet, for that matter -- so her reply to Nate's question was an easy, quick one. She gave a small nod, her head shifting against him in the darkness of the tent as she spoke. "Okay. This'll be our fall back, if we need it. I like knowing we've got a place to go."
It really was good to have a plan, considering the state of the world, but she hoped they would only use it if they wanted to, not out of necessity.
