Re: Bunnate
Bunny was more than happy to cuddle up close to Nate, feeling the rise and fall of his breathing in the close quarters of the tent. She lay a hand against his chest so that she could feel his heartbeat too, comforted by its steady rhythm.
"I like it," she said. The smile on her face came across in her words, warming her tone like summer sunshine on bare shoulders. "I could see us living here. It feels familiar, somehow, even though I barely know anyone here." Still, the people seemed more like her kind of folks than not, and there was something to be said for that.
Shifting, Bunny moved her hand, fingers drifting up Nate's chest to his chin and then over the rest of his face so that she could feel his expression while she answered him. "I don't mind the Capitol, though. Not really. I don't much mind where I'm living, as long as you're there with me. If you wanted to move to a --" Not a cabin, something else. "To a ghost town with nothing else around it for miles, I'd be perfectly happy there too."
Come to think of it, there were probably a fair number of ghost towns to be found these days, and -- remembering Harlan, holding out against the tide of the undead -- Bunny's heart gave a little shiver. "Where do you want to be?"
