Rodeo's brows fly up at the mention of whips and handcuffs-- unfortunately, he isn't familiar with the film she's referencing, so mostly his mind just goes to some pretty dirty places and he wonders if the lady is trying to get him shot by her old man. What an assassination plot that would be. He clears his throat and tries to realign his thoughts, scratching a hand through his mess of blond hair as he focuses on the task at hand.
"Alright... well, it's to... It's to Shortcake. If you gotta address it to someone, it's Shortcake," Rodeo says, once he can get his brain cells firing again. "There a subject line or somethin'? Make it... Prembus in Austin." Things only his baby sister will understand. Well, his baby sister or Sarge, but Sarge is already here. Prembus, the made-up holiday they used to celebrate back home in Montgomery, requires Adelaide to function properly. There hasn't been much Prembus in Austin, but if she finds them there sure will be. "And I guess the message ought to be... 'Baby Girl. Your old ponies are here in the city o' my sins. Find us with the same old dogs, tell 'em how you know the king. We got Skittles but we ain't got you.'"
