This, this right here was interesting and when she spoke about her skill with a blade, Teagan was instantly impressed and curious. "No shit." She said and then shook her head. She definitely didn't think it was weird. She knew a lot of people that collected weapons - back then and even now. There were a few Dog Park Crew that got weepy, girly, excited when it came to a beautiful gun.
"Nah." Teagan laughs. "No one is telling me to start a family but I get a lot of the bullshit big man attitude." Not so much from her Crew... anymore, but she hears it directed to the other women, and of course, out in Austin she gets it ALL the time from the men that don't know the sort of damage she can dole out.
"My father treated me like a person. Not like a girl. Not like a boy. I grew up believing I could do anything. Not all men are like that. But, I think most men can come around...if they are wise." Teagan looks around the Mall area, looks back at her boys who are waiting around for her. "Is your cousin around? Are you all alone?" she bites her lower lip, thinking. "How good are you with those blades?" she wants to see, to learn and so maybe she'll try to recruit this woman.
