None (1 caught by Grimes; 1 escaping in the second vehicle)
Hearing the shot and the ‘thud’ of the goon hitting the ground, Bishop doesn’t spare a glance in the direction of the shooter, but he knows it had to have been Adelaide, because he hadn’t heard the door to the shop open. Turns out she was a damn good shot like she’d said.
He can’t spare much thought or attention on that fact though, because he’s got two goons trying to pull his ass out of the truck. Bishop connects an elbow into the nearest thugs face, the satisfying crunch confirming he just broke the guy’s nose. The man stumbles backwards, cursing as he brings a hand up to his nose and tries to stave off the blood already spilling from the injury.
While the first man turns tail, retreating to the second vehicle, he doesn’t have much time to enjoy the sheer victory of being rid of all but one goon. Because the second man is grabbing at him now, trying to haul his sorry ass out of their vehicle. He’s moments away from pulling the same stunt on the second guy that he had on the first, when suddenly the man lets out a blood curdling scream and Bishop’s gaze darts down to where the dog from earlier now has a hold of him.
He watches in sheer awe as the creature drags the man away, effectively ending this fight for him.
Disengaging himself from the still running truck, Bishop keeps a safe distance, but never takes his eyes off of the dog and the man. The goon in the second vehicle all but forgotten as the man revs the engine and makes like a bat out of hell, no doubt speeding back to Dugger’s camp to deliver the grisly news of their leader's demise.
When Dugger’s man asks the mystery man to call of the mutt, the Hellhounds Chaplain finds himself lifting his gaze from the scene in front of him to land on the man who had started this whole war. At least that was Bishop’s guess anyway.
“Now why would he go doing a thing like that?” He’s strolling towards the goon, dog and man now. Crouching down near the thug’s head to look him in the eye. “Way I see it you were chasing him, so this is simply what you deserve.” Bishop’s standing up again and backing away from the thug and the dog.
By now the pain being administered by the canine is too much of a distraction for Dugger’s man to do much more than grunt in reply to Bishop’s words. The sight is a chilling one, but he won’t be the one to kill this man while he can’t defend himself. It’d be like killing an animal who’s managed to get itself caught in a trap - just didn’t feel right on some level.
“So are you just going to let your pooch off him?” Bishop poses the question to the man standing nearby, his gaze flicking over to him before shifting towards the shop, confirming both women were safe and still in fact in one piece. Bishop was relieved that the man hadn’t treated them as enemies, doing the same sort of damage he undoubtedly had done to the goons who had chased him into that shop in the first place.
