Josh let out a breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding when he got back to his bike. It was probably a walker - they got caught up in abandoned buildings sometimes - and really wouldn't be too difficult to take care of if they had been forced to slaugher it. But still. Zombies. Those movies had always made Josh shudder, and knowing that they existed still didn't rest very well with him. At least he knew how to fight or dodge them when needed - not knowing something was usually worse than the thing itself. Josh liked knowledge, and used it to his advantage. He quickly pulled out behind Vic, content to ride abreast unless further directions were needed.
"Lucky there wasn't more than one," Josh half-shouted back, barely able to hear Vic over the roar of the engines. He nodded and pointed at the shopping center down the road that contained their next few stops. They'd also be coming up to a shopping mall and possibly a supermarket, but Josh wasn't positive.
He slowed down once he reached the designated parking lot, claiming a spot right in front of the doors again. After Vic parked himself right besides Josh, he pointed in the direction of the mall. "We should have enough time to check that place out, if you want. There's gotta be at least one department store left with something pretty for Zhenya."
