9:30 AM - Isaac and Bishop
“It is,” Bishop agreed and left it at that. He knew that many in Austin would remember a time when they had to protect the people they loved from the Hellhounds. He knew that was part of the club’s history and he couldn’t erase it. HIs hope was that he could make amends for it, even if it took the next twenty years. “And yeah, we wouldn’t want to be the people holding up brunch being served.” He added while he glanced around to see if he could spot Hazel and motion her over to their table.
Bishop knew that while the conversation was over -- and he wasn’t about to try bringing up Callahan’s past again -- their shared space was not. They were seated at the same table, along with Rusten. Inwardly he was more than a little relieved that Hazel would be seated right beside him, she had a way about her that put everyone at ease. While he wasn’t walking away from this thing with any new best friends, he had managed civil conversations and in BIshop’s book that was a win.
