"I'm good for it if you are." Vic turned to face Bishop a little bit better, surprised by how much he liked the idea they'd stumbled upon. He was supposed to trust their guys to the core, but how could he really do that now after everything they'd been through? Hell, what did it even mean to keep the MC going now that it wasn't so critical to their actual survival?
They had a shit ton of things to figure out, but he had a feeling this would be a good start. "Let's start it up soon, then. Talking to everyone and figuring out what they're doing now, what they wanna be doing in the future, what they think about the patch and what it means to them. We do the same for us, too, you and me, and the rest of the officers. Just 'cause they're at the table don't mean it wouldn't be worth it."
Yeah, he was feeling better about things the more they talked about this. It would be good to get back to basics, figure out who they were without the mayhem. "Maybe the patch comes to mean something else in the long run or maybe it doesn't, but at least we know better we ain't gonna get stabbed in the back anymore. Either way, sounds like a good plan to me."
