Olivia's eyes lifted to the staff member who would be doing the usual entry inspection and she frowned slightly, noticing that it wasn't one of the people she knew well. Over the last few months, she'd been a regular presence at the Department of Health -- against her will, of course -- and the only thing that had made it even remotely tolerable had been the fact that she'd developed some okay relationships with the people who, out of necessity, had to see her so vulnerable.
This woman waiting for her, though, Lilah -- Olivia thought that was her name, anyway -- was new. Olivia forced a smile as she stood up, collecting her still-full bag as she walked towards her. As soon as she got the whole inspection process over with, she could go back up to the Oval Office and have this morning be over and done with. She had so not been in the mental state to deal with an almost-run in with her nemeses, Los Nopales, and she was pretty sure said mental state wouldn't be able to hold up for much longer now.
"Hey," she said, stepping into the exam room. She set her bag on a chair and, as per procedure, started to kick her shoes off. Her socks followed next, haphazardly tucked into the shoes, before she started to peel her shirt and pants off. It was just easier that way than to have the person work around the clothing. "I'm Olivia."
