"This phone, Mr. Callahan, was not provided to Miss Rafferty by anyone inside the Capitol," Warden Reason explains, while Olinger primly sips his coffee and watches over the top of his cup. "This phone operates on a separate 'n secured network. Now, we concluded that this device was provided to Miss Rafferty by her raider contacts, which means not only has she been correspondin' with them since her release from La Quinta, but that she managed to meet with a co-conspirator face-to-face in order to receive this device. Frankly, this shouldn't have been possible under your supervision."
"You'll have to understand, Isaac," Olinger chimes in, his tone beseeching and gentle in contrast with Reason's chiding curtness, "that this is a very sensitive time for us. With the Hellhounds finally in custody, we're very concerned about a possible breach in security. Not only is Miss Rafferty familiar with the layout of the prison, but she is sleeping in the home of the man responsible for overseeing their case. We feel her compromised allegiances could be an immediate danger to you, Isaac. You may believe this woman is a harmless victim, but the Warden tells me that just isn't the case."
"No sir," Reason nods, meeting Isaac's eyes unflinchingly. "Truly, I understand. The damsel in distress routine, it'll get a lotta fellas all mixed up. But Miss Rafferty was not a cooperative inmate. Violent and troublesome to the last. You're keepin' this woman where you sleep, Hoss. I could show you some o' the scars my boys have from that one, might make ya think twice 'bout what you brought on in your home."
