"I miss the rain," he gave another look out toward the sky. They were pretty high up. And between the buildings, you could see fairly far out. Being from London, Graham had grown to be rather fond of grey skies and rainy days. Chicago certainly didn't have as much rain, but it had more than post apocalyptic Austin did.
"oooh. The La Quintaaa," he nodded. "That ought to be ripping." Sarcasm. oh, so obvious sarcasm. He took another sip of tea. Wrinkling his nose, Graham shrugged, "Nothing too exciting. Morning's in-house. Afternoon's in-house. Evening's in-house. Oh, I am attempting to fix a motorized scooter for the wicked old bat that's always yelling at everyone from the upper floors, this afternoon. That ought to be a good time," he smirked with a scoff. "Hopefully she won't hit me with her cane." He still had no idea who she was or how she'd lasted that long. She had to have been someone important's grandmother.
"But other than that torture," he shrugged. "More data collecting for the intranet. Maybe I'll see if I can figure out that coding on videos better." He sighed and gave a look back to his friend and shrugged.
