It's not easy for Nina to see and hear about everything that goes on outside of the Capitol's walls. So much of what's said and done in that building is carefully controlled by the Mayor's Office; she's sure no one will hear about the events of this morning, because why on earth would they want to indicate that the Dog King is actually capable of a decent act? It's yet another small injustice that grates against her even as she gives James a fond smile and moves towards him to oblige his request for a photo.
"I wouldn't believe it myself if I were her, so I can't blame the woman for wanting proof." And when was the last time she actually took a selfie? Nina stands behind where James is seated, the only way they can be the same height, and smiles for the camera. And then once they've captured a photo she can't entirely complain about, she crosses her arms and leans sideways against the table's edge. "I can only imagine what you'd want to talk about, there's been so much going on." She's curious, of course, and it's enough to push aside that lingering guilt of having allied herself with this man. Besides, knowledge is power.
