Remains Storylines

hi everyone! i'm bringing in charlotte aka rowdy as the lbj head of health and wanted to get a post up so we can figure out some lines. i'm still working on her back story but i have a couple key elements to her personality figured out already. she's doesn't suffer from the need to sugar coat anything and often doesn't understand why people find themselves offended when she says what is on her mind. i'm still working out the details of where she came from but i know she's originally from somewhere in the south ( maybe louisiana, georgia or alabama ) and moved to texas when she was in her teens with her family.
