You aren't wrong, she is definitely that kind of person. But most definitely now growly or grumpy, just very opaque. I look forward to seeing how they'll interact with each other, and it's probably in Bree's favor that Cherry used to be her roommate, since Cherry is one of the few in the park that Noa has a soft spot for.
I don't think that LBJ security people really wear uniforms, so he wouldn't look like anything near PD, and if they do Nathan wouldn't bother wearing it at the Dog Park. There aren't any apologies necessary! I love the idea of Nathan using his charm on someone who very obviously has none.
None of Bree's actual crimes would have been in Joel's purview technically (he was Vice before the world went sideways), but he makes a lot of effort to know what's going on in the department, so I'm open to him knowing that was a case file for Homicide (or whomever handles a case like Bree's). Depending on how dangerous it was believed that she was he might still be interested in closing that particular case, but I'll get with Jamie and see what she was think re: Jane. :)
If they were in the tunnels then yes, they would've met a very different Torrie (still not all that friendly though, sorry!), and I would love to build that back story; The Hounds are responsible for a lot of Ghoul deaths, etc, because of their Prax dealing, so Torrie wouldn't have a lot of sympathy for someone who decided to go stay with them.
