Hey Jo, welcome! I'm Mandy and I have a few that could have possible connections/interaction with Bree.
First is this journal, Noa Bellamy. She's a tattoo artist at the Dog Park, and the widow of the Hellhounds very first Road Captain, Jonny. Bree wouldn't have known Jonny since he died just over a year ago now, but his name is still fairly relevant around the MC though. Noa in particular has been somewhat responsible to keep the peace between the bitches and old ladies, and she doesn't carry around any resentment for the women that keep the patches and prospects company. However, she keeps herself fairly guarded with the people she's not close to, and given that Bree hasn't been around the park long I think Noa would still be trying to get a feel for her. I'm totally open to plotting and seeing how their relationship and interactions develop though, because at the end of the day eventually all the residents in the DP start feeling like family to Noa.
Then there is Nathaniel Posey (twentytwenty), older brother to Savannah and one of three security officers under the authority of Luca Flores. Nathan hasn't made it to the Dog Park yet, he's fairly recently come to Austin, but eventually he'll probably make his way out there. He usually can't resist a pretty face, for if they crossed paths in the DP or at the LBJ he'd probably throw some charm and flirting her way.
Third is my Lieutenant with the APD, Joel Kulseth (aviatorshades). He's been in Austin a lot longer than the zombies have, and like his partner, Jane Rusten, might be aware of the warrant out for Bree. Possibly even more so than Jane because he was an APD officer for a good long stretch. I'm entirely open to exploring plot with them in regards to that.
Probably my least likely to cross Bree's path is my fourth, Torrie Reed hardbitten). She's a Ghoul down in the tunnels, and the sister to the UMCB's current leader, Solomon Reed. There's no love between Torrie and the Hellhounds, and anyone who decides to align themselves with them, so odds are Bree would get the iciest of receptions if she crossed Torrie's path.
