It would be to our benefit to subvert a few trusted faces near to a certain Senator Scott. If they will not bend willingly, I understand that there are resources at your disposal that would allow us to keep the face but replace the mind in control of it with one that might be more inclined to fall in line. Am I correct in believing this is within your capabilities?

You'll be liaising with Evelyn Foster for this assignment. She's done quite a bit of the preliminary ground work at this point.
